Narragansett 2100, a non-profit organization of landlords with rental property in Narragansett and Narragansett property managers, is working with Narragansett businesses to continue a program where Narragansett businesses will offer discounts to URI students.

This is part of Narragansett 2100’s umbrella ‘Hello Neighbor’ initiative that includes an introduction card encouraging URI students living in Narragansett to meet their neighbors.   

Narragansett businesses participating in the discount program will be promoted to URI students at various times during the school year.

“URI students have a significant positive economic impact on Narragansett businesses and assist in allowing businesses to operate during the non-tourist season. This program will encourage URI students to shop locally,” said George Nonis, president of Narragansett 2100.
